A few weeks ago Martin and Becky got married at Berry Pomeroy Church in South Devon. A beautiful ancient church in a samll village famous for being the once seat of the Seymour Family.
Becky grew up on her parents farm near Newton Abbot, while Martin is a Sheep Farmer. The day started beautifully sunny and fresh, great for Becky having her make up done out doors...
Upon leaving the Church Martin and Becky passed under a Guard of Honour made up of Pitch Forks, held aloft by some of the Young Farmers.
The reception was held at The Two Bridges Hotel, near Prince Town Dartmoor. this meant a lovely little drive across the Moor. But being Dartmoor the mist and drizzle soon appeared. This didnt deter me from whisking them away to Post Bridge to capture some beautiful images for them to treasure. Dartmoor has many faces, and just as we were about to leave Post bridge, the sun poked under the clouds to give a lovely warm glow and a rainbow, this led to the shots you can see. Something special indeed.
